The project involved designing private residential spaces with a focus on comfort, storage, and personalisation. The concept centred on calm, neutral interiors that supported everyday living. This 3BHK apartment with an additional study is designed as a contemporary home where luxury is integrated with modern functionality. The design approach focuses on creating rich interiors without compromising everyday usability. In the living and dining areas, materials such as brass and stone are incorporated into furniture elements to introduce a sense of luxury. To balance these heavier elements, the walls are panelled using engraved patterns on cement sheets, creating visual interest while maintaining material restraint. Extending the same design language, the bedrooms feature wall panelling using a combination of mosaic tiles, textured veneers, and CNC-cut MDF. These layered and tactile surfaces are carefully balanced with furniture designed in clean, minimal forms, ensuring that the spaces remain comfortable, cohesive, and visually calm.
